There is scattered hay grass all over Sam Rayburn Reservoir, and the bass will live in the haygrass, as long as there is hydrilla or mil foil near by. I was able to get bit daily in my practice for the MLF Big5 event there flipping the haygrass. I was using a 3/4oz tungsten weight with a 6th Sense Prawn soft plastic. You can run around the lake and never run out of water!
