Work crankbaits along the rip rap of the dam. I suspect they hold in that area because there is some current. The drain is on the east side of the dam, and the current gets stronger the closer you get. Work the bluffs with wacky or Texas rigged worms, this can be productive during mid day. This lake is trolling motor only so make sure your battery has a good charge on it.
