Mohave can have very windy conditions at times, and with the clear water this makes for the best chance at catching fish on reaction baits. I decided to throw a homemade spinnerbait in a shad pattern around exposed brush and reeds. I managed to catch a number of smallmouth and largemouth bass just covering water.
