In late November and Early December the spotted bass on lay lake were relating to laydowns and stumps in current. If the fish seemed active, a spinnerbait seemed to work great. With heavy flow, I liked the 3/4oz screamin' eagle by War Eagle. When the fish were less active, pitching with a texas rigged Missle Baits D-Bomb to laydowns and stumps was key.
