You like skipping docks? Well, check this thing out. This is Randy Howell's Tatula Elite that's specifically designed for skipping. It is a 6'9" heavy power, fast action rod. It's designed to get a jig underneath a dock or underneath overhanging cover anyway by skipping and get that fish out of there. Now, the reason why it's a 6'9" is to aid anglers that aren't super tall. When they roll cast or drop the rod down to skip with it, they're not hitting the water or the top of the boat.
