Find the weed line and throw near the crappie weeds. We used jig with bobbers about 3 foot down as well as just a small 3/16 oz jig head with red and yellow tube. Just casted to the weed line and slowly popped them back to the boat. jig head - 3/16 oz lure - red and yellow tube

Northern Pike and Largemouth Bass were stacked on weed lines and drop offs in Mid June. Cast those areas and bring the chatterbait in slow and low and hang on! The Chatter was working about 3 to 1 over spinnerbaits, maybe better? If you could run the bait along the weed edge rather that over the top, POW!
