Reported by
larrymarketreels

Bde Maka Ska (MN)

larrymarketreels reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Deep Diving Crankbaits (13'+) technique and Dobyns Rods Champion XP Crankbait Rods on Bde Maka Ska. Additional comments from this report: "Caught several on the 6XD fishing parallel to a ledge in about 16’. Make a long cast, retrieve fast to get the crank down to the bottom, then slow your retrieve as you maintain bottom contact. Most of my bites seemed to occur when I would add brief pauses during my slow retrieve dredging bottom."

Reported by
David Freitag

Loch Raven Reservoir (MD)

David Freitag reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Deep Diving Crankbaits (13'+) technique and Dobyns Rods Champion XP Crankbait Rods on Loch Raven Reservoir. Additional comments from this report: "5.4 lb caught over a shell bed and rocks in 20 ft. Not far from a grass line. This was one of five bass caught in 9 casts. When you find a school you catch more than one bass. The problem is it took me 4 hours to find a school and catch my first fish of the day "

Reported by
Stephen Mui

Lake Tarpon (FL)

Stephen Mui reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Deep Diving Crankbaits (13'+) technique and Dobyns Rods Champion XP Crankbait Rods on Lake Tarpon. Additional comments from this report: "It is late summer/early fall and the fish are really keyed in on baitfish. Cranking hard spots with suspended bait is the key. "

St. Croix Mojo Bass Glass Casting Rods - EOL

$150.00 – $170.00

Reported by
Tyler Trabant

Lake Independence (MN)

Tyler Trabant reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Deep Diving Crankbaits (13'+) technique and St. Croix Mojo Bass Glass Casting Rods - EOL on Lake Independence. Additional comments from this report: "Biggest size fish came from grinding a DT10 and DT16 (Bruised) around and through rock piles. Using a Mojo glass rod helped keep them pinned. Numbers came from dragging a rugby swing head with a black and blue swimbait around rocks and pausing after deflections. Focusing on where bait was located was crucial. "

Reported by
Will Burch

Table Rock Lake (AR, MO)

Will Burch reported catching Largemouth Bass using the Deep Diving Crankbaits (13'+) technique and St. Croix Mojo Bass Glass Casting Rods - EOL on Table Rock Lake. Additional comments from this report: "Fish smaller pockets on creeks from the point to the back and figure out where the bass are setting up. Once you figure out where they are sitting don’t be afraid to throw a Carolina rig for the more finicky bass. "
